We use your name, address and message solely to reply to you. So that no enquiry is lost, we store the message — besides delivering it by e-mail — in our own database in the EU and delete it once your enquiry has been handled, at the latest after six months (messages marked as spam after 30 days). We never use it for advertising and never pass it to third parties. Details: Privacy Policy

Before sending, your browser solves a small computational puzzle from our own server in the background (ALTCHA). No cookies, no third-party check, and nothing on your device is read or stored. If that does not work, write to us at info@eestikeelb1.ee.

We reply as soon as we can. The site is run by one person, so for ordinary questions this is not a guaranteed response time. We answer a complaint within 14 days of receiving it (section 11 of the Terms of Use); the deadlines that apply when you exercise your data-protection rights are in the Privacy Policy.
