Estonian B1 proficiency exam — practice tests and exercises
Each pack is a set of exercises in the format of the Estonian B1 language exam: writing, listening, reading and speaking — the four parts in the same order as on the exam itself. You work through everything in your browser, free and without creating an account.
These practice papers are written by us and follow the published structure of the official examination: four skills, the same range of task types and the same scoring. They are not official exam material, not retired papers and not copies of anything published by the examining body — the real exam tasks will be different.
What each pack contains
Each pack is a full set of exercises in the exam format: writing, listening with recordings, reading and speaking — the four parts in the order you actually sit them. You work in the browser: no PDFs to print, no account to create.
Multiple-choice and gap-fill tasks are checked instantly and give you a score. Writing and speaking are graded by AI: you get points, a list of your mistakes and a model answer, so you know not just what you scored but why.
How to use them
The simplest way is to sit one full pack and see which skill costs you the most. Then come back to it in the practice section — picture description, monologue and writing each have their own AI-graded exercises.
The packs are enough for several weeks of steady work. Do them in exam order — writing first, then listening, reading and speaking — so you get used to the rhythm of the exam day.
Common questions
Are the tests free?
Yes. All the packs, the recordings and the AI feedback work without payment and without an account — on the AI tasks you only confirm that you are not a bot.
Do the exercises come with answers?
Yes. Multiple-choice and gap-fill tasks are checked automatically and show the correct answer, while your written and spoken answers get an AI evaluation along with a model answer.
Are these real exam papers?
No — these are our own tasks, written in the format and at the level of the official B1 proficiency exam. Official sample material is published by the exam organiser on its own website.
